Dear Heather. I just learned of Peter’s untimely passing. I am so sorry. Peter was a wonderful mentor and colleague, and a true friend. I could always count on him for help and advice - always with his own marvelous touch of humour. The CCCA and my life would certainly not have been the same without him. I wish I could be with you next Wednesday. Winnipeg seems quite far away at times like this. Please know that I will be there in spirit. Peter did indeed have an extraordinary life and was, quite simply, an extraordinary man. I will miss him a lot. Thinking of you. Bill.
