Capt.Miquel Muntaner Spagnolo

I first met Barrie in Montreal in 1982, later on we worked together at Fednav Ltd in Montreal from 1997 till his retirement and in the recent years at BBC Chartering as Port Captains. In all those years there was a common denominator: Barrie's smile, gentleness and his readiness to help. He was so special that, in the recent years, when I was calling him to find out about his health he was more the one cheering me, rather than me. I never heard him talking bad or in a negative way about any one ever! Great man! He will be remembered! My prayers to his wife, sons and family. Miquel Muntaner
