I am so very sorry to hear of Karen's passing. She was such an outstanding parent to Xander. After her diagnosis and not being able to return to her job, she became an extraordinary volunteer at the school and encouraged many children to read. Karen was always amazingly upbeat. She will be missed very much. My thoughts are with her son and parents at this sad time.
