Message: There are no words...Pat was an amazing woman who deeply loved her husband and high school sweetheart Mike. Loved and cherished her two boys Michael & Brad. She was so very proud of the Brzeczka men in her life. Pat's kindness, caring and generous giving spirit touched many lives. Although she is no longer gracing this earth, a beautiful soul is never forgotten.
