It is with absolute sadness that we announce the passing of our mother, Patricia Ann Brzeczka (Pollack), after 28 months of living with Glioblastoma multiforme.
Patrica leaves behind her husband and best friend of 47 years, Mike, their sons Michael (Stacey) and Brad (Regielyn), as well as, four-legged Reggie and grand-dogs Kobe and Frankie.
To the surgeons and staff at the Hamilton General Hospital, Dr. Alejandro Torres-Trejo and staff at Juravinski Cancer Center and Dr. Jack Luce and staff at Hotel Dieu Shaver, we will be forever grateful for the help and support you all provided us along the way.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Mark Preece House in Hamilton or to the Hotel Dieu Shaver Foundation.
As per our mother’s request, there will be no visitation.
A mass will be held on Saturday, October 26th, at 11:00 am at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish (5 Oblate Street, St. Catharines) followed by a Celebration of Life from 12:00 - 4 :00 pm at White Oaks Resort and Spa (253 Taylor Road, Niagara-on-the-Lake).
