Dear Cate, our love and sympathy go out to you, and to Sarah and Johnny and their families, on this most sorrowful of occasions. Although it has been a long long time we do well remember Allen’s unique and wonderful laid back and quiet but jovial and humorous personality, both at work and at play, as well as the real closeness that there was between the two of you and within the family. We truly hope that this great void can be at least partially filled by the comfort and support of your nearest and dearest and of the many others like ourselves communicating deep condolences, fond memories and best wishes.
