Condolence: March 9, 2009

Dear Hamish, Sheila & Peter:

I was very sorry to read about your dear mom's passing in the Globe & Mail this morning. I have fond memories of meeting her on various summer mornings when you, Sheila, Eva Kiss (Macdonald) and I would meet to take the bus and subway down to Junior Club at the RCYC. She always made you great sandwiches for your picnic lunch.

This is a terrible loss for you. I just wanted to let you know that another old friend is thinking of you and sharing in your grief.

Yours very sincerely,

Trish Langmuir Taylor

Condolence: Haimish, Sheila & Peter,
I was so sorry to hear of your Mom's passing. Childhood memories of your family flew into my mind. You were fantastic neighbours and friends and your Mom (Dad and the rest of you of course) were always so welcoming to the little kid next door. Your Mom was a true dynamo with a brilliant smile. My thoughts are with you. Cathy Southey (Wright)

Condolence From: Margaret & Rick Williams and family
Condolence: An amazing journey through life has ended abruptly just days before her 89th birthday. We will always remember her with love and affection.

Although always tiny in stature she was mighty in life. Pat's dry humour could diffuse any awkward moment but it was her love for her family, her dogs, her garden, line dancing, tai chi, music and art that will remain with us.

With love and mixed feelings of joy for her long and productive life and sadness for the loss of a dear aunt and friend,

Margaret, Rick, Kirsten & Matt and family, Andrew & Kelly and Auntie Joan
