WILSON, Clifford Edward Sr.
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Cliff on Thursday, February 14, 2013 at the Greater Niagara General Hospital, in his 90th year. Beloved husband of the late Mary Elizabeth Wilson (1987). Loving father of Cheryl Ansley (late Lynn), Kathy Kanters (Hank), Cliff (Sandy) and Andy (Becky). Cherished Poppy and Grandpa of Angela, Teddy, Leanna, Kim, Cliff, Kris, Sarah, Errel, Mary, Diana and Valerie. Loving Poppy and Great Grandpa of Christopher, David, Tiffany, Vanessa, Ethan, Jake, Claire, Brendan, Bethany, Aiden, Cliff, Paige, Emily, Savannah, Memphis, Kira, Elizabeth and Karen. Dear brother of Harold and Unice. Fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews and friends. Predeceased by sons Teddy and Harry, Great Granddaughter Deanna, brother Wilf, sisters Kitty and Rosie. Clifford was a veteran of World War II, serving in North Africa and Europe. A past member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch No. 24. The family will receive friends at Morgan Funeral Home, 415 Regent St., on Monday, February 18, 2013 from 11:30 a.m. - 1 p.m. A service to commemorate Cliff’s life will be held at the funeral home at 1 p.m. Burial to follow in St. Mark’s Anglican Church Cemetery.
