My Second Dad

Art you mean the world to me. I have always known you to be a compassionate and endearing man. You refeered debates between my father and me. You taught me to let go and let God. To live and let live. You made the best roast pork. You kept the doors open for us at Friday Noon Big Book. You radiated such a wisdom to us that were suffering, that I suffered. You told me i didnt have to suffer as long as i had faith. You had faith in me when I didnt and gave me courage to keep fighting my fight. You said I'm hanging around till your first year because that will be such a sight. Well, you are 11 months short. I know you will be celebrating next year at this time with me in the Big Meeting in the Sky. I am a spiritual being living a human experience and I will get my wings God willing. You got yours. They say behind every great man is even a greater woman. In your case behind every great man there is a fellowship and a Greater Being that brings freedom to all those who seek. Watch over us Art "Dad" and whisper in our ears when we forget....lest we forget. Love Always & Forever, Elise
