I was saddened to hear of John's passing but he is now enjoying the rewards of a life well lived. His strong commitment to his faith was an inspiration to all of us at St. Vincent de Paul parish giving us a strong example to follow. I look back fondly on the years I sang in the choir with Nell and the times spent visiting with John after daily & Sunday masses. He also enjoyed many chats with my mother and together they planted a tree in the side yard of the church to celebrate their 90th birthdays. I hope you will all enjoy the presence of this memorial as I do.
