I remember Mrs Istchenko as a lovely lady. She always looked so pretty and elegant. Her home was always open to us as teenagers and she made us feel welcome. I had a lot of respect for her in her role as a nurse. It can't have been easy to be working out all those years and also keeping a home and children happy. She has entered into her reward!
