Condolences

Condolence From: Michelle (White) Edmunds
Condolence: Dear Heather (and Family) - I was doing some research to see if I could find where you are and came across this. I was so sorry to hear of your mum's passing. My mum also died the same year on March 5th. I have so many memories, especially our trip to New York. I know quite some time has passed and I hope all else is well in your life. I think you are living in Ottawa - I am in Picton, not too far away. All the very best. Michelle

Condolence: Dear Heather,
I was thinking of you today as I was writing a Christmas card to Kim Wright. It has been many years since we last spoke. I am very sorry to hear about your mother's passing last January. Please accept my deepest sympathy.

Condolence: Dear Heather and Peter
How very sad to hear of Pat. I had the great pleasure of representing her when she returned to Canada in the late 80's at both Eastwood Talent and at Talent Group. Her first job at that time was "Looking for Miracles" where she met another of my clients, Eric Fink and a deep and lasting friendship ensued.
She had a wonderful sense of humour and I always looked forward to our meetings, lunches and phone calls...even those when she was concerned about when the next audition or job would happen. She always remained (at least to me) upbeat and positve. She was a true professional.
We stayed in touch after I moved to Salt Spring Island in B.C. and spoke when she visited her mother in Vancouver. We lost touch over the years but I always considered her my friend. I miss knowing that she's out there.

Condolence: Dear Heather & Family,
Patrica was a very special, beautiful and talented woman. She added an elegance and charm to every room she entered. She had a way of making the person she was talking to feel they were the only person in the world. She will be greatly missed, however never forgotten. My most deep and heartfelt sympathies. I feel blessed to have had her in my life. Fondly, Gayle Abrams

Condolence: It was my great pleasure to work with Patty on such memorable animation series as Miss Spider and Anne of Green Gables. She played Betty Beetle (Miss Spider's Mum) and Marilla Cuthbert (Anne) and created some wonderful characters with her warm, rich voice. Pat and I became friends and shared a love of gardening and cats. She was a beautiful and elegant person and a gifted actress and I am very very sad to know that we have all lost a true original. Heather and Peter, my deepest condolences.

Condolence: Patricia was a wonderful actress and a truly beautiful lady
both inside and out. I had the privilege of working with her
on a couple of films. I send condolences to the family and
ask that you remember "to live in the hearts of those you leave
behind, is to never die". Patricia will live on in many hearts.

Condolence: It was our good fortune when in February of 2001 we became Pat's neighbours. One of my first remembrances of her was when she was painting the doors to her cellar (looking as she always did glamorous). As I approached, her head bobbed up and she said "hello Mrs" (her nickname for me) I laughed that a famous actress was getting such pleasure from doing her annual painting of garden furniture. She said "I'm a glamorous actress don't you know!. We laughed and continued to laugh together as we gardened and went in search of plants and trees She became a part of our family and was loved by my granddaughters. We will miss her more than words can say.
Our hearts go out to Heather and all who knew and loved her.
