Dear Shona: Please accept my sincerest condolences to you and your family. I feel privileged to have gotten a chance to work with Tony and honoured to have been given the blessing to continue "G.K.C." (with him at the helm). I will miss his puckish sense of humour and his gentle, friendly mien. He will continue to serve as a great inspiration to so many of us who worked with him and watched his magic onstage.
