GENUA, CarmineAntonio - Passed away suddenly at the Greater Niagara General Hospital on Tuesday, September 25, 2001 in his 82nd year. CarmineAntonio Genua, loving husband of Anna. Father of Vincenzo (Maria), Mario (Franca), Joseph (Joanne), Elena (Bonifacio "Boni” Pallante), Giacomo (Anna), Daniel (Marisa) and Diana Rende (late Salvatore). Nonno of Tim (Antoinette), David (Patricia), Claudio, Paul, Mark, Jennifer, Joe (Andrea), Steve, Michael and Jason. Great Nonno of Priscilla and Lucas. He is also survived by his sister Teresa in Italy. He is predeceased by 2 brothers and 2 sisters and his son in 1956. CarmineAntonio was a member of the congregation of the Jehovah’s Witness for 45 years.
Mr. Genua is at the MORSE AND SON CHAPEL of the MORGAN FUNERAL HOMES (5917 Main St.) where his family will receive friends on Wednesday and Thursday from 7-9pm. Funeral service will take place on Friday morning at 11 o’clock at the Kingdom Hall of the Jehovah’s Witness (6457 Montrose Rd.). Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery. For those who wish, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society of Canada.
