Obituary for William Douglas "Doug" Goring
Doug Goring, a resident of Calgary, for over 30 years, died peacefully on Friday, September 29, 2023, in his 78th year.
Doug was born in Delhi, Ontario, and grew up in Montréal. Following high school, he graduated from the University of New Brunswick.
He was predeceased by both parents GWR ‘Bill’ and Patricia Goring; and by his younger brother Edward “Teddy”.
He is survived by his sister Barbara Goring of St. Catharines, Ontario, and many cousins.
In accordance with Doug’s wishes, there will be no service. A private interment at the family plot in Niagara-on-the-Lake will occur at a later date.
