I remember back in the late 70s coming to babysit this one day. Mr Bright was all excited to show my his white corvette that was being stored in the garage. He told me all about how it was such a great car and was very proud of this baby! He then asked if I had ever driven a corvette, my answer was no. He then handed me the keys and said take it for a spin. Now, he use to let me drive his station wagons, the Audi and even his 55 Ford. So I went down the parkway in the corvette while he watched from the driveway. When I came back, he asked what I thought. Well cars were really not my thing so I said it was okay but I really liked the Ford better! The look on his face spoke volumes!! Kim x/o
