WALKER, W. Jordan – Passed away at West Lincoln Memorial Hospital on Sunday June 30, 2019 at the age of 38. Beloved son of William and the late Jo-Ann (1997) Walker (nee Grimstead). Loving stepson of Candace Walker. Caring brother of Samantha Walker. Dear grandson of Barbara and the late Joe (2015) Grimstead and Ethel and the late John (1991) Walker. Fondly remembered by many aunts, uncles and cousins. Jordan’s family would like to thank the Community Living – Grimsby, Lincoln & West Lincoln Association and staff for all their care and support over the past 16 years.
Jordan’s family will receive friends at the MORGAN FUNERAL HOME, 415 Regent St., Niagara-on-the-Lake on Thursday 5:00 to 8:00 pm. A Funeral Service will be celebrated at St. Mark’s Anglican Church, Niagara-on-the-Lake, on Friday at 10:00 am. Interment will follow at Niagara Lakeshore Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the Community Living – Grimsby, Lincoln & West Lincoln Association or Tender Wishes.
