Condolence From: Ingrid Regier

Condolence: Very many years ago when Anne Street and beyond was the very undeveloped end of town, there were very few houses but very very many thankful immigrant neighbours. Otto Liedtke was one of those who stopped by to say hello, just because, lent a hand without being, asked , enjoyed a good story and laugh and was always welcome. After the kids left home he and Irene enjoyed some travelling, tending a large garden and entertaining friends. I remember them fondly.
