PARNIAK, Marzena - It is with heavy hearts that we must announce the passing of our beloved mother, wife, sister, daughter, Babcia, and dear friend, Marzena Parniak. Marzena Parniak leaves behind her parents Jozef and Alina Trzcinski, husband Jaroslaw, sister Renata (Miroslaw), brother Slawomir (Beata), children Magdalena (Andrew) and Michael (Lisa) and grandchildren Zuzanna, Klaudia and Felix. Marzena left this world peacefully and joined our Heavenly Father on a beautiful Sunday evening May 15th at 9pm surrounded by her family and friends. Those left behind will strive to honour her exuberant energy by living life to the fullest, working hard to create beauty in each day and cooking delicious, healthy and creative meals at every occasion. She was a bright, bold, genuine soul and she had such a zest for life. Her energy and spirit will live on in each person she touched. She loved Niagara-on-the-Lake dearly and loved hosting at her Bed and Breakfast, Darlington House Bed and Breakfast.
Visitation will be taking place on Wednesday May 18, 2022 from 2 to 4 pm and 6 to 9 pm at MORGAN FUNERAL HOME, 415 Regent Street, Niagara-on-the-Lake. Vigil Prayers will take place at 3pm.
A Funeral mass will be held at 11 am on Friday May 20, 2022 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, 5 Oblate Street, St. Catharines. Rite of Committal will follow at Niagara Lakeshore Cemetery, 1483 Lakeshore Road, Niagara-on-the-Lake. In lieu of flowers, the family would request donations to the Sick Kids Foundation.
