Condolence From: Glorya-Jean De Ment
Condolence: I volunteered at UCL with my collie Gus, until me moved away. I can not tell you how much pleasure it was to visit "Oban Mary". Gus would pull me to her room.
So sorry that I did not read the paper until it was too late to bring a collie honour guard to the sidewalk at St. Mark's today.

With deepest sympathies,
Glorya ( rich Glorya, as Oban Mary would call me)

Condolence From: Linda Freel
Condolence: I would like to send my deepest sympathy to the entire family on the loss of your mother and grandmother, Mary. Having worked with Mary for almost 25 years,I can say that she was most definitely loved and adored. She kept us laughing and entertained us everyday at The Oban. What I admired most about her, and I told her this many times, was her natural way with all the guests. Even if a guest had a complaint about something, she would be able to smooth things over and get them smiling. I have so many fond memories and great stories of Mary; we were more than just colleagues, we became good friends. I think of her often and all the fun things she did. She was much more than an employee at The Oban, she was a great part of the spirit of The Oban. She has left behind a great legacy and I know I will miss her and treasure her memories forever.
