MAKIN, Lynda Marianne (nee Bell)

Born Feb. 28, 1945 in Toronto.

Lynda died peacefully after a two year courageous battle with cancer on April 13, 2018 at the age of 73. Beloved wife of Barry W. Makin for 48 years. Loving mother of Kathryn Pagé (Sean), and Gregory Makin (Sarah). Nana of Madelyn & Kylie and Zachary & Noah. Lynda will be fondly remembered by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
A celebration of Lynda’s life will be held at Trius Vineyard Pavilion, 1249 Niagara Stone Rd., Niagara-on-the-Lake, on Friday, April 27, 2018 from 12 noon-3 p.m. In lieu of flowers a contribution to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated. Special thanks to the caring staff of the oncology department at St. Catharines Hospital and the Walker Cancer Centre.
