MACEDO, Joao – Passed away peacefully at home with his loving family at his side on Friday July 1, 2022 at the age of 97. Beloved husband of the late Maria Macedo (2017). Loving father of Jose Macedo and Carlos (Beatriz) Macedo. Caring grandfather of Mike Macedo and Sandra (Paul) Disher. Dear great-granfather of Tessa Disher. Fondly remembered by his extended family. Visitation will be taking place on Friday July 8, 2022 from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm at MORGAN FUNERAL HOME, 415 Regent Street, Niagara-on-the-Lake.
A Funeral mass will be held at 10:30 am on Saturday July 9, 2022 at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, 73 Picton Street, Niagara-on-the-Lake. Rite of Committal will follow at Niagara Lakeshore Cemetery, 1483 Lakeshore Road, Niagara-on-the-Lake.
