SCHACHTSCHNEIDER, Jason – Passed away peacefully at Extendicare St. Catharines on Thursday October 3, 2019 at the age of 41. Beloved son of Lark (Patrick) Moran and Ewald (Patti) Schachtschneider. Loving brother of Kevin (Carrie) Schachtschneider. Caring uncle of Kayley and Kassie. Jason’s family would like to thank the staff of Extendicare and his BICR team along with Allison from Choice Therapeutics, for the excellent care he received over the years.
The family will receive friends at Morgan Funeral Home, 415 Regent Street, Niagara-on-the-Lake on Monday October 7, 2019 from 5 to 8 pm. A funeral service in celebration of Jason’s Life will be held on Tuesday October 8, 2019 at 11 am at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Niagara Lakeshore Cemetery. Those who wish may make a memorial donation to Brain Injury Community Re-entry (Niagara).
