DODSON, James Russell, passed away in his home, as he wished, on Friday, December 27, 2013 in his 89th year. James was born and practiced law in Hamilton, Ontario, but was a long time resident of Niagara-on-the-Lake. Predeceased by his wife Laura, James supported her dedicated and philanthropic efforts to preserve the Town’s historic assets. Memorial donations may be made to The School of Restoration Arts at Willowbank, P.O. Box 212, Queenston ON, L0S 1L0. Cremation has taken place. At James request there will be no visitation or service.
