Isabel was the loving mother of Richard (Dawn), Jane (Len), Robert (JoAnne), Judy (Fred), Denis (Sheila), Marion (Hank), Terry (Donalda), David (Melanie), Barbara (Jim). She will be remembered fondly by several nieces and nephews, sister-in-law Joan (McLean) and brother-in-law Paul (Loiselle). Mom had a long and fruitful life. She was born and educated in Thorold. In 1946, she married her late husband Richard. They began their family in Thorold and then moved to St. Catharines. In 1960, the family moved to “the farm” in Virgil. Belle was a devoted member of St. Vincent de Paul in Niagara-on-the-Lake, where she was a long-time member (65 years) of the Catholic Women’s League.
