ARCHER, Barry Norman – Passed away suddenly at his residence on Monday September 17, 2018 at the age of 64. He will be remembered by his family and friends. At Barry’s request, cremation has taken place and no service or memorial will be held. Arrangements entrusted to MORGAN FUNERAL HOME, 415 Regent St. Niagara-on-the-Lake.
