Condolence: Our love and prayers are with Carolyn, Andrew, Nicholas, Paul and family at this most difficult time. Jim's courage, strength and dignity were truly inspirational, as were Carolyn's unwavering love, commitment and dedication. We are very blessed to have had many years of wonderful, happy times spent with Carolyn, Jim and the boys. Jim's great sense of humour always added to the fun (and games). We will always cherish these times together.
