Life Story for Linda Lou Dyck

Linda Lou Dyck
DYCK, Linda Lou - It is with heavy hearts that the family of Linda Lou Dyck announces the passing of their beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and auntie on Wednesday, July 12, 2017 at Pleasant Manor. As we mourn our loss…heavens angels are sweetly singing as she is delivered safely into the arms of her Heavenly Father. Linda Lou was the beloved wife of the late Henry (1990), cherished mother of Sandra Fossey, Judy Rive (Ken) and Robert (Debby). Also survived by her two younger sisters Adina Meek and Elsa Laing. Her eight grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren will always remember her loving and giving heart. With her final breath she continued to love and nurture her family. Among her many attributes…her unwavering faith, her love for her children, homemaker extraordinaire, her incredible work ethic and strength of character and her ability to have aged with “grace” are paramount. Linda Lou resided at Pleasant Manor for many years. She was the self-proclaimed “Queen” of Pleasant Manor due to the wonderful care provided by all staff and friend and caregiver Lynn. We will be forever grateful for their tender loving care of our mother from the time Pleasant Manor became her home until the very end of her life.
The family will receive friends at MORGAN FUNERAL HOME, 415 Regent St., Niagara-on-the-Lake, on Friday, July 14, 2017 from 6-8 p.m. Private family burial to follow in Niagara Lakeshore Cemetery. For those who wish, memorial donations to Pleasant Manor would be appreciated by the family.
