Life Story for William Charles Fisch

FISCH, William Charles - Sadly we lost another hero. William (Bill) Charles Fisch, 1st Sergeant United States Marine Corps. Passed away peacefully in his sleep Monday, April 25, 2016. He sadly left behind his loving wife Della Fisch. He was beloved father to Michael (Anita) Pentland, Wendy Schriver, Mark Pentland, Van McKay, Brenda (Frank) Ariganello, and Tracy (Eric) Saunders. He was a special loving papa to Amanda (Carl) Slee and Jesse and Robert Pentland. He had ten other grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Bill served 30 years as a United States Marine, serving in Korea and Vietnam earning many accommodations. After the military he settled in Niagara, where he became a salesman. He was known for his numerous stories and made a lot of lifelong friendships. As he wished, cremation has taken place and his remains will be buried at Arlington National Cemetery where he will be given a formal military funeral in which he so greatly deserves. He will be laid to rest with his fellow leathernecks. “Semper Fi!!!” In lieu of flowers please donate to Wounded Warriors or DVA.org. Bill will be sadly missed by family and many friends…. “OORAH”
