WYKA, Dorothy (Polly) – Passed away peacefully on Thursday July 19, 2012 at Heritage Place at the age of 88. Beloved wife of the late Kenneth. Dear mother of Glenn (Carolyn), Lorraine (Isaac) Nercessian, Denise (John) Hildebrand, Joanne and Michael. Cherished grandmother of Tammy, Shant (Shannon), Paul (Maryanne), Shannon (Robyn), Blaine, Judith (Ian), Rachel (Jamie), Paige and Devon. Great-grandmother of Corry, Victoria, Benjamin, Madyn Rose, Sam, Isabella, Wolfgang, Malcolm and Valerie. Predeceased by her parents and four brothers.
Polly’s family will receive friends at MORGAN FUNERAL HOME 415 Regent Street, Niagara-on-the-Lake on Tuesday evening from 6:30-8:30 p.m. A private family service will be held followed by interment at Niagara Lakeshore Cemetery. For those who wish, memorial donations may be made to Pleasant Manor.
