IRWIN, Jay Douglas – It is with deep sadness that I announce the passing of my partner and best friend, Jay. He will be sadly missed by Patricia, son Steven (Jennifer), daughter Angela, Glenn (Katherine), six grandchildren, and sister Joan McNaulty. Brother-in-law of Eleanor and Sonny Wiebe.
A celebration of Jay’s life will take place at the Royal Canadian Legion Br. 124, 410 King St., Niagara-on-the-Lake, on Sunday, November 6th at 2:00 p.m. Donations in his memory can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or The Canadian Diabetes Association.
